CCR series industrial robot control system is independently developed and produced by our company, with independent intellectual property rights. This control system can control a variety of mechanical structures (right angle, SCARA, parallel, series, and hybrid mechanisms), the system is loaded with palletizing software packages for handling, as well as suitable for spraying, welding, as well as cutting, polishing, deburring and other special software packages.
Teaching box
The teaching box is a man-machine interface, the interface is simple and elegant, and the operation is simple; in order to ensure safety, the teaching box is equipped with emergency stop and safety start switches; inch color liquid crystal display, high-sensitivity touch screen and robot-specific control keyboard, which can be operated by pressing keys or by clicking on the touch screen, which is very convenient to realize man-machine dialogue functions such as manual operation of the robot, teaching programming, and reproducing work.
The main chassis
The CCR-CS series industrial robot special control system independently developed by our company can control multi-degree-of-freedom industrial robots, and can add external control axes of the robot. A single channel can control up to 8 axes, and I/O ports have 40 points each. The chassis also has RS232, USB and Ethernet interfaces to facilitate the transmission of information and data. The control system can control up to 3 robots with a total of 24 axes; and has an expansion interface to facilitate the expansion of industrial fieldbus and machine vision functions.
