    The CCR-RB series industrial robot is a 6-degree-of-freedom vertical multi-joint series structure, which consists of seven parts: base, J1 axis, J2 axis, J3 axis, J4 axis, J5 axis, and J6 axis; the movement of each joint is composed of A servo motor drives a low-backlash precision reducer, and each servo motor is equipped with a power-off brake.
 

 
    CCR-RB series industrial robots have a wide range of motion, high speed and powerful functions. They can be widely used in arc welding, gluing, cutting, handling, palletizing, painting, scientific research and teaching, machine tool processing and loading and unloading. This industrial robot is independently developed by our company and has independent intellectual property rights.
 
    Electrical control cabinet
 
    The control cabinet is equipped with the CCR-CS110-special control system for robots independently developed by our company, imported AC servo drives (6 axes), I/O interfaces, which can control 6 degrees of freedom robots, and can add external control axes of the robot, which can control up to 8 axes, 40 points of input and output I/O. The electric cabinet also has RS232, USB and Ethernet interfaces, which is convenient for the transmission of information and data. The control system can control up to 3 robots with a total of 24 axes; and has an expansion interface to facilitate the expansion of industrial fieldbus and machine vision functions.
